Piotr Ambroziak ist Absolvent der Kunstakademie in Lodz, Polen, die er 1996 mit Auszeichnung in der Klasse des Holzschnitts von Prof. Andrzej Bartczak abgeschlossen hat. Zusätzliches Studium der Photographie bei Ireneusz Pierzgalski und der Malerei bei Prof. Juliusz Narzynski. Doktorat bei Prof. Dominik Lejman, Kunstakademie Posen.
Piotr Ambroziak arbeitet in der Malerei und Objektkunst, aber oft auch am Rande weiterer Disziplinen. Er ist Mitglied diverser Organisation und Künstlervereine. In 1995 erhielt er eine Auszeichnung des Polnischen Ministeriums für Kunst und Kultur. Er nahm teil an etlichen Ausstellungen in Polen und international. Seine Werke bereichern viele Sammlungen – privat wie national.
