Maciej Zdanowicz Geboren 1982 in Debica, Polen. Lebt und arbeitet in Lodz, Polen. Maciej Zdanowicz ist Medienkünstler und Kunsttheoretiker. Er arbeitet im Bereich der Klangkunst und der visuellen Musik. Zdanowicz ist Absolvent der Wladyslaw Strzeminski Kunstakademie in Lodz in der Fakultät Malerei und Grafikdesign, die er mit Auszeichnung im Studio Prof. Bogusław Balicki (Grafik) sowie im Studio Roman Halat (Zeichnung und Malerei) verlassen hat. Er trägt den Doktortitel der Kunst der Jan Kochanowski Universität in Kielce, Polen. Zurzeit tätig als Assistent Professor und stellvertretender Direktor beim Institut der Schönen Künste der Universität in Kielce sowie Dozent an den Kunstakademien: in Lodz, Polen, in Lvov, Ukraine, Sofia, Bulgarien sowie Veliko Tarnovo Bulgarien. Er hatte zahlreiche Einzelausstellungen und hat an über 40 Gruppenausstellungen teilgenommen in Polen und außerhalb. In 2017 erhielt er das Stipendium des Präsidenten der Stadt Lodz für das Projekt Lodz Phono City.
